The Court Resolved to NOTE Resolution NO. 776 of the Sangguniang Panglungsod of the City of Zamboanga for Appointment of a Judge and the Staff of the Shari’a Court for Zamboanga City and To Also Include the Appointment of Qualified and Deserving Muslims in the Judiciary – the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals.”  Davide, Jr., C.J., on sick leave.
