RE: ABSENCE WITHOUT OFFICIAL LEAVE (AWOL) OF MS. CRISTINA R. LASALA

Sirs/Mesdames:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated MAR 1 2005.

The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of Administrative Services (OAS), to

(a)     DROP Ms. Cristina R. Lasala, Budgeting Aide, Budget Division, Fiscal Management and Budget Office, from the rolls effective 1 January 2005 for being absent without official leave (AWOL) from even date up to the present;

(b)     DISAPPROVE the resignation tendered by Ms. Lasala for having become moot and academic; and

(c)     DIRECT the OAS to send proper notice to Ms. Lasala regarding the termination of her service, within five (5) days from notice hereof.”  Morales, J., on leave.  (84)
