Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 18 2005.

The Court Resolved, upon recommendation of the Office of Administrative Services and Office of the Chief Attorney, to APPROVE the application for retirement benefits of Atty. Teresita Cruz Sison, retired Member, Judicial and bar Council, for three (3) full terms.  Hence, she shall receive, as lump sum retirement pay, three (3) times the amount of her highest basic salary for one year.  Davide, Jr., C.J., on sick leave.  Puno, Acting C.J., [adv102]
