Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated APRIL 5 2005.

Approval of the Grant of Expense Allowances for the Department/Cluster Meetings of the (a) PHILJA Academic Council; (b) Board of Trustees Secretariat; and (c) Grievance Committee on Mediation.-  The Court Resolved to NOTE the Letter dated 22 March 2005 of Chancellor Ameurfina Melencio-Herrera, PHILJA, transmitting Resolution No. 05-11 of the PHILJA Board of Trustees, re:  approval of the grant of expense allowances for the department/cluster meetings of the (a) PHILJA Academic Council; (b) Board of Trustees Secretariat; and (c) Grievance Committee on Mediation, subject to the rates and ceiling of monthly meetings prescribed by Administrative Circular No. 13-99 dated 9 September 1999.”  (98)
