Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated April 5 2005.
Approval of the DMC Committee Recommendation for the Accreditation of Fifty-Five (55) Court-Annexed Mediators of the PMC Unit, Bacolod City and Forty-One (41) Court-Annexed Mediators of the PMC Unit, City of San Fernando.- The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the PHILJA Board of Trustees in its Resolution No. 05-07, to APPROVE the recommendation of the DMC Committee for the accreditation of the following fifty-five (55) court-annexed mediators of the PMC Unit, Bacolod City, and forty-one (41) court-annexed mediators of the PMC Unit, City of San Fernando, effective for a term of two (2) years from 16 March 2005 to 15 March 2007, to wit:
