Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated MAR 29 2005.

The Court Resolved to NOTE the Letter dated 14 March 2005 of Judge Renato A. Fuentes, RTC, Branch 17, Davao City, informing the Court that he had already issued a Recall Order of all 122 cases provisionally dismissed, setting aside his previous orders and returning those affected cases in the inactive file that of that court.” (114)
