CONTRACT FOR THE NATIONAL SURVEY ON USER’S EXPERIENCE AND PERCEPTIONS ON THE JUDICIARY UNDER THE JUDICIAL REFORM SUPPORT PROJECT (JRSP)

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated APRIL 12 2005.

Acting on the Report dated 31 March 2005 of the Office of Chief Attorney, re:  draft consultancy with SAGRIC International Pty. Ltd., the Court Resolved to require the Office of the Court Administrator and the Program Management Office (PMO) to COMMENT thereon within ten (10) days from notice and hereof.

The Court further Resolved to NOTE the Memorandum dated 1 April 2005 of Ms. Evelyn Toledo-Dumdum, Program Director, PMO, submitting the Executive Summary and Proposed Approach and Methodology in the conduct of the National Survey on User’s Experience and Perceptions on the Judiciary.”  (adv114)
