Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 25 2005.

The Court Resolved to NOTE the following documents:

(a)     1^st Indorsement dated 24 January 2005 of Chief Justice Hilario G. Davide, Jr., referring the attached letter dated 14 January 2005 of Hon. Lydia Bauto Hipolito, Presiding Judge, RTC, Branch 23, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, tendering her resignation from the said position effective 31 January 2005, for the reasons stated therein; and

(b)     Aforesaid Letter of Resignation of Judge Lydia Bauto Hipolito, dated 14 January 2005.

The Court further Resolved to ACCEPT the resignation of Judge Hipolito as Presiding Judge, RTC, Branch 23, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija.

The Office of the President and the Judicial and Bar Council are hereby informed of the resignation of Judge Hipolito.” Callejo, Sr., J., on official leave.
