RE: RESIGNATION OF ATTY. JOSE ANTONIO F. PASTOR AS THE NEWLY APPOINTED JUDGE OF RTC, BRANCH 22, NARVACAN, ILOCOS NORTE

Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 25 2005.

The Court Resolved to NOTE the following documents:

(a)     1^st Indorsement dated 24 January 2005 of Chief Justice Hilario G. Davide, Jr., referring the attached letter dated 13 January 2005 of Atty. Jose Antonio F. Pastor, newly-appointed Presiding Judge RTC, Branch 22, Narvacan, Ilocos Norte, submitting his resignation from the said position effective 13 January 2005, for the reasons stated therein; and

(b)     Aforesaid Letter of Resignation of Atty. Pastor dated 13 January 2005.

The Court further Resolved to ACCEPT the resignation of Atty. Pastor as Presiding Judge of RTC, Branch 22, Narvacan, Ilocos Norte.

The Office of the President and the Judicial and Bar Council are hereby informed of the resignation of Atty. Pastor.”  Callejo, Sr., J., on official leave.
