Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated APRIL 12 2005.

The Court Resolved to NOTE the Memorandum dated 30 March 2005 filed by Program Director Evelyn T. Dumdum in compliance with the resolution of 15 February 2005, which referred this matter back to the Program Management Office for the conduct of focus group discussions to establish material caseload standards.”  (69)
