THE UNRULY BEHAVIOR OF MR. BENJAMIN Z. ANIBAN

Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 25 2005.

The Court Resolved to NOTE the Memorandum, dated 13 December 2004, of Chief Administrative Officer Eden T. Candelaria relative to the Memorandum dated December 8, 2004 of the Lawyers of the Legal Office, Office of the Court Administrator (LEGO-OCA), involving Mr. Benjamin Aniban and Atty. Analiza T. Parra, Court Attorney V, LEGO-OCA.

Considering that Mr. Aniban has refused to obey the resolutions of the Court, the Court further Resolved to DECLARE Mr. Aniban GUILTY of abusing the process or proceedings of the courts, and of improper conduct tending to obstruct or degrade the administration of justice (Section 3, Rule 71 of the Rules of Court).

Accordingly, Mr. Danilo C. Pablo, Chief Security, Security Division, this Court, is ADVISED that every time Mr. Aniban visits the Court, particularly the LEGO-OCA, he will properly escorted to and from the said Office, and that all security measures be taken in order for him to properly comport himself.  Callejo, Sr., J., on official leave.
