RE: REPORT ON THE FINANCIAL AUDIT ON THE BOOK OF ACCOUNTS OF MR. RONALDO B. ERASGA, OFFICER-IN-CHARGE, RTC, PALAYAN CITY, NUEVA ECIJA

Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court MAR 1 2005.

The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to

(a)     DIRECT Mr. Ronaldo B. Erasga, Officer in Charge, RTC, Palayan City, Nueva Ecija to (i) EXPLAIN in writing within ten (10) days from notice hereof, the erroneous remittance made to Judiciary Development Fund last June 1998 in the total amount of P67,160.90, instead of remitting said amount to the following funds:

Victims Compensation Fund                       5.00

Legal Research Fund                                 10.00

TOTAL                                                 P67,160.90

and (ii) SUBMIT to the Office of the Court Administrator within ten (10) days from notice hereof the necessary documents, if necessary correction has been made, which will prove that the above amounts were duly remitted to their respective accounts.

(b)     DIRECT the Financial Management Office, OCA, to (i) RELEASE the withheld salaries and allowances of Mr. Erasga; and (ii) INCLUDE the Mr. Erasga in the regular payroll of the said station.” Morales, J., on leave.
