Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 8 2005.

The court resolved to NOTE the Memorandum, dated 19 January 2005 of the Office of the Court Administrator, in compliance with the Court En Banc resolution dated 14 December 2004.

The Court further Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to DIRECT Hon. Magdangal M. de Leon, Associate justice, Court of Appeals, to WITHDRAW from his position as Director and Chairman of the Board of the Laspiñas City Bar Association.
