Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated MAR 8 2005.

The Court Resolved to NOTE the Telegram dated 21 January 2005 of Atty. Carlos Z. Ambrosio, counsel for Judge Julia S. Reyes, requesting suspension of proceedings in all administrative cases filed for and against Judge Reyes, including but not limited to compliance with reglementary periods for filing pleadings.

Before acting on the Memorandum dated 18 February 2005 of the Office of the Court Administrator, the Court further Resolved to require the said Office to SUBMIT a report on the status of all pending cases against Judge Reyes, within thirty (30) days from notice hereof.”  Morales, J., on leave.
