REPORT ON THE JUDICIAL AUDIT CONDUCTED IN THE 12^th MCTC

Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 8 2005.

The court resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to

(a) IMPOSE upon Judge Victor A. Teves a FINE of Twenty-One Thousand Pesos (P21,000.00), payable to this court within ten (10) days from notice hereof; and

(b) DIRECT Judge Teves to comply with the resolution of 1 April 2003 Court by filing the required written explanations stated therein, within a non-extendible period of fifteen (15) days from notice hereof, with a warning that his failure to comply with this directive shall be dealt with more severely.
