A.M. No. 00-02 (Re: Report of the Oversight Committee (Formerly A.M. No. 00-4-187-RTC - Re: Complaint of Alberto V. Garong Against Court Administrator Alfredo L. Benipayo and Judge Tomas C. Leynes of RTC, Branch 40, Calapan City, etc.)

The Court RESOLVED to require the parties to manifest, within a non-extendible period of five (5) days from notice, whether they are willing to submit this case for resolution on the basis of the records of the case on file with this Court, or whether they still desire to present further evidence during a formal hearing.
