Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated 21 JAN 2002.

G.R. No. 147559 (Armed Forces and Police Mutual Benefit Association, Inc. vs. Ines Bolos- Santiago.)

Records show that Atty. Napoleon M. Gamo is the counsel of record for respondent Ines Bolos Santiago.

On December 13, 2001, Atty. Ariel Joseph B. Arias filed his Entry of Appearance as counsel for the respondent, stating that Atty. Gamo died on October 31,2001.

On December 14, 2001, Atty. Teodoro C. Pascua filed a motion for extension of time to file memorandum “ in lieu of Atty. Arias”.

There is no showing in the records that respondent availed of the services of either counsel.

WHEREFORE, respondent Ines Bolos Santiago is hereby ordered to INFORM this Court of her real counsel within three (3) days from notice.

Further, the (1) Notice of Change of Firm Name, dated November 16, 2001, filed by counsel for petitioner, stating that its new name is Villaraza & Angangco Law Office; and (2) Memorandum dated November 16, 2001 filed by the same counsel are NOTED.
