G.R. No. 140003 (People of the Philippines vs. Faustino Castillo, Danilo Castillo and Henry Natividad, accused; Faustino Castillo et al., accused-appellants.)

It appearing that the Motion to Withdraw Appeal dated March 27, 2000 and posted on January 24, 2001 filed by counsel for accused-appellants bears the notation "UPON OUR INSTRUCTION, CONSENT, CONFORMITY AND AUTHORITY" and the signatures of all the accused-appellants themselves, namely, Faustino Castillo, Danilo Castillo and Henry Natividad, the said Motion is hereby GRANTED and the appeal is considered WITHDRAWN.
