Acting on the petitioner’s motion for reconsideration of the resolution of September 2, 1998 which denied the first motion for extension of time to file a petition for review on certiorari and of the resolution of October 7, 1998 which dismissed the petition for review on certiorari for having been filed late, the Court Resolved to DENY the motions, as no compelling reasons exist to warrant reconsiderations thereof. The denial of the motions are both FINAL.
