Acting on the motion of the petitioners for reconsideration of the resolution of October 12, 1998 which dismissed the petition for certiorari for failure to submit a verified statement of the dates of receipt of the questioned resolution and of filing of the motion for reconsideration before the National Labor Relations Commission as well as a written explanation for non-personal service of copies of the petition on the respondents as required in Section 11, Rule 13 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, the Court RESOLVED to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
