Acting on the motion of petitioners for admission of the attached proof of service and for reconsideration of the resolution of September 7, 1998 which denied their motion for an extension of time to file a petition for review on certiorari for failure to submit the proof of service of the motion on respondents as well as a written explanation for the non-personal service of copies of the motion on respondents as required in Section 11, Rule 13 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, the Court RESOLVED to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
