G.R. No. 133871 (Gertrudes Velayo vs. Simon Manan, et al.)

The second motion of the petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of October 12, 1998, denying with finality her motion for reconsideration of the resolution of July 15, 1998 which denied her motion for an extension of time to file a petition for review on certiorari for failure to serve a copy of the motion on the Court of Appeals, is DENIED pursuant to Section 2, Rule 52, in relation to Section 4, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure; besides the petition for review on certiorari has already been dismissed in the resolution of September 2, 1998 for late filing. The withdrawal of Atty. Ruben V. Lopez as counsel for the petitioner is NOTED.

No further pleadings or motions shall be entertained in this case.
