Considering the administrative complaint against Judge Mateo M. Leandra, Regional Trial Court, Branch 8, Tacloban City, as well as the comment thereon of respondent, the Court RESOLVES, as recommended by Deputy Court Administrator Reynaldo L. Suarez in his Memorandum Report dated December 15, 19998, to DISMISS the administrative complaint for being judicial and not administrative in nature, as we, as for being moot and academic since it was filed after respondent’s retirement on June 10, 1998.
