Considering the joint administrative complaint filed against Judge Evangeline S. Yuipco, Regional Trial Court, Branch 6, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur, and against Acting Clerk of Court Gaudencio M. Lamanilao, same Court, as well as the separate comments thereon of respondents, the Court RESOLVES, as recommended by Deputy Court Administrator Reynaldo L. Suarez in his memorandum Report dated December 15, 1998, to DISMISS the joint administrative complaint for lack of merit.
