Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 8, 1999.

G.R. No. 135816 (Abel de Dios and Ricardo de Dios, herein represented by the former by virtue of a special power of attorney vs. Maximo Galang, et al.)

Acting on the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of December 7, 1998 which dismissed the petition for review on certiorari for failure to submit a verified statement of material dates, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.

Accordingly, the manifestation and ex-parte motion of petitioner Abel de Dios dated November 30, 1998 praying that the decision of the Court of Appeals be nullified and judgment be issued ordering respondents without right to the subject property to permanently vacate the same and that a writ of preliminary injunction ordering respondents to desist from committing further acts of dispossession be issued is NOTED WITHOUT ACTION.
