Llorente St., Cebu City, which was returned to this Court unserved with notation "Moved" is hereby deemed SERVED on said law office by substituted service pursuant to Rule 13, Section 8 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure.

Considering the manifestation of counsel for petitioner dated December 17, 1998, the Court RESOLVES to direct the Division Clerk of this Court to FURNISH him with a copy of the resolution of September 21, 1998.
