Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 8, 1999.

G.R. No. 133610 (Spouses Pedro and Mercedes Villaflor vs. Spouses Ignacio and Brigida Gines.)

Acting on the motion of petitioners to admit therein second motion of for reconsideration of the resolution of July 15, 1998 which denied the petition for review on certiorari and of the resolution of October 19, 1998 which denied with finality their motion for reconsideration of the aforesaid resolution of July 15, 1998, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same for lack of merit pursuant to Rule 52, §2 in relation to Rule 56, §2 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure and Par. 7 of the En Banc Resolution of April 7, 1988.

The second motion for reconsideration attached to the aforementioned motion for leave is NOTED WITHOUT ACTION in view of the denial of the latter.
