Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 3, 1999.

G.R. No. 125280 (People of the Philippines vs. Wilson Suitos and Alvaro Suitos.)

Considering the letter of Atty. Ernesto S. Taiño, Jr., counsel de oficio for accused-appellants, requesting that he be furnished with a copy of the entire records of this case, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the aforesaid request and to INFORM Atty. Taiño, Jr. that he may come to the Judicial Records Office of this Court to obtain a photocopy of the said records.

The confirmation by the Bureau of Corrections of the confinement of accused-appellants in the New Bilibid Prison is NOTED.
