A.M. No. P-04-1819 (Office of the Court Administrator vs. Clerk of Court Macario C. Villanueva.)

The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to DENY the letter-request dated 6 December 2004 of respondent Macario C. Villanueva, Clerk of Court, MTC, Bongabon, Nueva Ecija, praying for the release of his withheld salaries and other emoluments, considering that he failed to comply with the earlier directive in the Resolution dated 19 October 2004.
