The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to direct the Financial Management Office, OCA, to RELEASE the retirement benefits of Ms. Teodora Guillermo, Court Stenographer III, Regional Trial Court, Branch 20, Cauayan, Isabela, after withholding the amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos (P50,000.00), which amount shall be held subject to the outcome of this administrative matter.
