Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated APR 19 2005 (Taken up on 26 April 2005).

G.R. No. 166182 (Civil Service Commission vs. Pedro C. Lameyra and Court of Appeals.)

The Court Resolved to NOTE the Comment on the petition dated 10 March 2005 filed by counsel for respondent Pedro C. Lameyra in compliance with the resolution of 25 January 2005.

The Court further Resolved to DENY the instant petition for failure thereof to sufficiently show that the public respondent committed any reversible error in issuing the challenged decision and resolution as to warrant the exercise by this Court of its discretionary appellate jurisdiction.
