G.R. No. 165108 (Integrated Bar of the Philippines, et al. vs. The Senate of the Philippines, et al.)

The Court Resolved to NOTE and DENY the Manifestation and Motion to Give Due Course to the Petition and to Resolve It on Its Merits by Ruling on the Constitutionality of R.A. 9227 and Its Implementing Guidelines, dated 21 March 2005 filed by counsel for petitioners Leonard S. De Vera, Carlos L. Valdez, Jr., Dante G. llaya and Immanuel I. Sodusta, considering that in the resolution of 25 January 2005, this case was already considered closed and terminated.
