Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated SEP 7 2004.

"G.R. No. 137696 (People of the Philippines vs. Eddie V. Sernadilla.)

The Court Resolved to NOTE the Letter dated 26 July 2004 of Director Dionisio R. Santiago, Bureau of Corrections, informing the Court that the execution of the death penalty imposed upon prisoner Eddie Sernadilla y Ventires was not carried out as scheduled on 23 August 2004 in view of the reprieve granted by Her Excellency, President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, transferring the execution to 22 November 2004."
