G.R. No. 134775 (People of the Philippines vs. Alfredo Olicia.)

The Court Resolved to NOTE the Letter dated 26 July 2004 of Director Dionisio R. Santiago, Bureau of Corrections, informing the Court that the execution of the death penalty imposed upon prisoner Alfredo Olicia y Romero was not carried out as scheduled on 11 August 2004 in view of the reprieve granted by Her Excellency, President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, transferring the execution to 9 November 2004.
