Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JUL 20 2004.

"G.R. Nos. 144340-42 (People of the Philippines vs. Rodelio Aquino y Roda.)

The Court Resolved to NOTE the Letter dated 14 June 2004 of Director Dionisio R. Santiago, Bureau of Corrections, informing the Court that the execution of the death penalty imposed upon prisoner Rodelio Aquino y Roda shall not be carried out as scheduled on 28 July 2004 in view of the reprieve granted by Her Excellency, President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, transferring the execution to 26 October 2004."
