Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 20 2004.

G.R. Nos. 144340-42 (People of the Philippines vs. Rodelio Aquino y Roda.)

The Court Resolved to NOTE the Letter dated 1 December 2003 of Director Dionisio R. Santiago, Bureau of Corrections, informing the Court that the execution of the death penalty imposed upon prisoner Rodelio Aquino y Roda shall not be carried out as scheduled on 30 January 2004 in view of the reprieve granted by Her Excellency, Pres. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, transferring the execution to 29 April 2004.
