A.M. No. 03-8-10-SC (Re: Request of Chairman Florentino P. Feliciano for the Detail of Four (4) Stenographers of RTC, Manila to the Fact-Finding Commission.)

Acting on the request of Chairman Florentino P. Feliciano for the detail of the (4) stenographers of RTC, Manila to the Fact-Finding Commission to assist in the performance of its assigned task from August 11, 2003 until the dissolution of the Commission, the Court Resolved to DENY the request considering that the duration of the detail is indefinite and there is a continuing need for the services of the court personnel in their respective courts to ensure the speedy disposition of cases.
