Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated 17 SEPT 2002.

G.R. No. 151914 (Teodulo M. Coquilla v. The Hon. Commission on Elections and Neil M. Aivarez.)

Considering the allegations in the Motion for Reconsideration of petitioner Teodulo Coquilla and finding nothing therein that in any way compels a modification of the decision rendered in this case on July 31, 2002, the Court RESOLVED to DENY the aforesaid motion with FINALITY. Consequently, the status quo order of August 6, 2002, which was issued by this Court in view of the fact that at that time the decision of July 31, 2002 was not yet final and executory, is hereby LIFTED.
