Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated 10 SEPT 2002.

Bar Matter No. 1145 (In Re: Bar Examinee No. 2846 in Taxation, 2002 Bar Examinations.)

For gross negligence resulting inter alia in the failure of the above employees to account for one (1) notebook in Taxation in the 2002 Bar Examinations on September 8, 2002, the Court RESOLVED to RELIEVE from further duty, in connection with the 2002 Bar Examinations, Headwatcher Marites Famorcan of the Office of the Reporter and Watcher Dennis Baldado of the Program Management Office, as well as Watcher Jacqueline Espuerta.

This resolution is effective immediately and the action taken herein is without prejudice to any action which may be taken as a result of investigation of this matter.
