Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated 10 SEPT 2002.

Bar Matter No. 1145 (In Re: Bar Examinee No. 2846 in Taxation, 2002 Bar Examinations.)

For failure to submit her notebook after the examination period in Taxation on September 8, 2002, the Court RESOLVED to DISQUALIFY Bar Examinee No. 2846 from further taking the 2002 Bar Examinations. Bar Examinee No. 2846 is hereby ORDERED to SURRENDER her notebook to the Bar Confidant within twenty-four (24) hours from notice hereof.

The action taken herein is immediately executory and is without prejudice to the results of investigation of this matter.
