Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated SEP 19 2005.

G.R. No. 157784 (Richard B. Lopez, in his capacity as Trustee of the Trust Estate of the late Juliana Lopez Manzano vs. Court of Appeals, Maria Rolinda Manzano, et al.)

Considering the manifestations and explanations of the counsel of record for respondents, Atty. Ricardo T. Diaz, stating that he has never seen nor communicated with respondents either before the trial court or appellate court, and Atty. Geminiano M. Aquino maintaining that he appeared for respondents only before the trial court but not before the appellate court and that he no longer has any contact with respondents—and the manifestation by counsel for petitioner that he cannot determine the present whereabouts of respondents despite diligent efforts, respondents' comment on the petition is dispensed with and this case is accordingly deemed submitted for resolution.
