Perez from the Public Attorney's Office, that no notice of appeal has been filed in Criminal Case No. 263, "People of the Philippines vs. Loreto Naquita, et al.," for murder, let the incomplete records of this case be REMANDED to the Regional Trial Court of Guimbal, lloilo, Branch 67, with dispatch.
