A.M. No. 04-11-658-RTC (Request of Judge Teresa F. Soriaso, RTC, Branch 27, Manila for Extension of the Period to Decide Criminal Case No. 96-147807-B.)

Considering that the request of Judge Teresa F. Soriaso for a ninety (90) day extension from November 3, 2004 to decide Criminal Case No. 96-147807-B is justified and filed before the expiration of the period to decide the same as stated in her letter dated January 13, 2005, Judge Teresa F. Soriaso's request for a 90 day extension from November 3, 2004 within which to decide is GRANTED. Judge Teresa F. Soriaso is REQUIRED to furnish the Court through the Office of the Court Administrator copy of the decision in the aforecited case within ten (10) days from rendition thereof.
