Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 2 2005.

It appearing that Atty. Abdulmoin M. Pakam, counsel for accused-appellant, filed a mere draft of the appellant's brief and failed to submit the finalized copy of the same within the extended period that expired on July 12, 2004 as required in the Resolution dated August 18, 2004, the Court RESOLVES to REQUIRE Atty. Pakam to show cause why he should not be held in contempt therefor and to SUBMIT to this Court said appellant's brief, both within ten (10) days from notice hereof.
