Administrative Case No. 7104 (Ma. Aniceta Reinoso y Plata vs. Atty. J.A. Manuel S. Nitorreda)

The Court Resolved to ADOPT the recommendation of the Office of the Bar Confidant that all complaints indorsed by the Office of the Chief Justice or Offices of the Associate Justices to the Office of the Clerk of Court be referred to the Office of the Bar Confidant for proper determination whether the procedure in administrative cases against lawyers, as provided for under Section 2, Paragraph C, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, in conjunction with Rule 139-B of the Rules of Court, is duly and uniformly complied with before the said complaint is given due course.
