The Court Resolved to

(a) NOTE the 1^st Indorsement dated July 4, 2006 of Chief Justice Artemio V. Panganiban, referring the letter dated June 28, 2006 of Jose O. Alovera, requesting for a review of the decision in this administrative matter, among other things; and

(b) NOTE WITHOUT ACTION the aforesaid Letter of Jose O. Alovera, considering that Mr. Alovera is not a party to this case." Carpio, J., on official business.
