Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JULY 11 2006.

"A.M. No. 06-6-201-MCTC.- Re: Creation of the Municipality of San Isidro, Davao del Norte.- The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to

(a) CIRCUITIZE the newly created Municipality of San Isidro with the MCTC of Kapalong-Talaingod;

(b) AMEND Administrative Order No. 33 dated June 13, 1978, to read as follows:

DAVAO DEL NORTE

MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURT

XXX

3^rd Kapalong

Talaingod

San Isidro; and

(c) ORDER the amendment of court records to conform with the foregoing developments." Carpio, J., on official business.
