Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JULY 11 2006.

"A.M. No. 06-4-02-SB.- Re: Request of Sandiganbayan for Authority to Use Their Savings to Pay Their COLA Differential from July 1, 1989 to March 6, 1999.- The Court Resolved to NOTE the

(a) Letter of the Department of Budget and Management, requesting that the disposition of this administrative matter be held in abeyance considering the pendency of the consolidated cases of G.R. No. 153266 (Victoria Gutierrez, et al. vs. DBM, et al.), G.R. No. 159029 (Augusto Nieves, et al. vs. DBM, et al.), G.R. No. 159007 (Estrellita Amponin, et al. vs. COA, et al.) and G.R. No. 170084 (Kapisanan ng mga Manggagawa sa Bureau of Agricultural Statistics, et al. vs. DBM, et al.); and

(b) Comment dated June 26, 2006 filed by Atty. Corazon G. Ferrer-Flores, Deputy Clerk of Court and Chief, Fiscal Management and Budget Office, in compliance with the resolution of April 18, 2006.

The Court further Resolved, upon the recommendation of the FMBO, to HOLD IN ABEYANCE the resolution of this administrative matter and CONSOLIDATE this matter with G.R. Nos. 153266, 159029, 159007 and 170084." Carpio, J., on official business.
