"A.M. No. 04-9-253-MTCC.- Re: Creation of Additional
Branches of the MTCC at Butuan City.- The Court Resolved, upon the
recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to DIRECT the Judicial and Bar Council to accept
applications for the positions of Presiding Judges, MTCC, Branches 3 and 4,
