The Court Resolved to NOTE Notice of Resolution No. XVII-2006-191 dated March 20, 2006 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, denying respondent's motion for reconsideration of the Board's decision in this case since the Board has no more jurisdiction to consider and resolve a matter already endorsed to this Court."
